AREA 480 m²
The aim of this project was the construction of 10 guest houses, including a lobby and a shop/store. Staying in line with the characteristic architecture of the Cyclades was of great importance. Total floor area is 480m² and the floor plan is designed without repetitions or patterns. The ground floor rooms have their own backyard, common in traditional houses in Paros, and their roof tops serve as backyards to the first floor rooms. The layout of the buildings, along with their various shapes, allows direct view to the sea and are out of the wind inner/interior courtyards, creating a balance between the traditional housing (katoikia) and the contemporary living.
